Welcome to BabyPray! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BabyPray mobile application (the "App") operated by Studio Visionary Apps ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Nature of Content

BabyPray provides faith-based prayers, scriptures, and content related to pregnancy. The content provided is for spiritual encouragement and informational purposes only.

Not Medical Advice: The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or your pregnancy. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in the App.

License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Access

BabyPray offers a premium subscription ("Premium") that unlocks additional features, prayers, and content. If you choose to purchase Premium, payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a subscription; all refunds are handled directly by Apple in accordance with their policies.

3. User Data

BabyPray stores your personal data (such as due date and saved prayers) locally on your device. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and the data stored upon it. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle data.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, text, and other intellectual property within the App are owned by Studio Visionary Apps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Visionary Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; or (b) any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of the content provided.

6. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Studio Visionary Apps is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
