Data Stored Locally
To provide you with a customized experience, BabyPray asks for certain information, such as your due date, the name you'd like to be called, your daily mood check-ins, and your top fears or prayer focuses.
This data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your personal prayer journals, mood check-ins, or selected fears to our servers.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we may use third-party services that collect certain information automatically to help us maintain and improve the App:
- Usage Data & Analytics: We may collect anonymized data about how you interact with the App (e.g., screens visited, features used).
- Device Information: We may collect non-personally identifiable information such as your device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Crash Reports: If the App crashes, anonymous crash data is collected to help us identify and fix the issue.
In-App Purchases
If you choose to purchase a premium subscription, your payment is processed directly through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We use a third-party service (RevenueCat) to manage subscription access, which may collect anonymous identifiers to verify your subscription status.
2. How We Use Your Information
The locally stored data (like your due date and selected fears) is used strictly to customize the prayers, scriptures, and reminders you see within the App.
The automatically collected anonymous data is used to:
- Maintain and improve the functionality of the App.
- Understand user engagement to develop new features.
- Identify and fix technical errors.
- Verify active premium subscriptions.
3. Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our App, including:
- Apple (App Store): For processing subscriptions and payments.
- RevenueCat: For managing and verifying in-app purchases.
- Expo: For delivering local push notifications.
These third parties have their own Privacy Policies addressing how they handle data. We do not share any of your locally stored personal prayer or pregnancy data with these services.
4. Security
We value your trust. Because your personal data (prayers, fears, due date) is stored locally using your device's native storage systems, it is protected by the security measures of your device's operating system (such as Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode). We encourage you to keep your device secure.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
